Digital Product Sales Policy

 

At Bdreams LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality digital products and services to help you succeed. Due to the instant access and digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

🔄 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate Charges – If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same product.
✅ Non-Delivery of Product – If you did not receive access to your digital product after purchase.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us at kbradley@bdreamssllc.org within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or lack of product usage.

For services, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the terms agreed upon before purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, we will provide support to resolve the problem.
